Here’s the artist feature that was supposed to go up yesterday. I present to you the amazing, spectacular Stanley Lau, better known as Artgerm
He has an amazing grasp on anatomy and character design which has always made me adore his artwork. His rendering is also top notch and fantastic for the type of illustrations he does. You should take a look at his Livestream where he displays his process. His lineart is so damn perfect, just thinking about it makes me inspired to go and practise some more.
Even more remarkable is the fact he is very versatile in being able to go between digital paintings and traditional drawings with such ease. He seems to have no trouble in making his traditional Copic commissions just as epic as his digital work. He has been a HUGE INSPIRATION to me, so please, check him out.
